TRY OUR SPORT
Streetlifting is a sport for all – a sport enjoyed by thousands of youth, and adult participants globally. It is a sport that combines coordination, power, strength, speed, and technique-making skills. There is always something new to learn, as it is constantly evolving. Streetlifting is a sport that constantly challenges and pushes participants to their physical and mental limits.
Get involved and try the sport. Share all the health and social benefits of EUSF and become part of our global Streetlifting community.
Here are a few ideas to think about when getting started in the sport:
- Find a local gym that offers training in weightlifting, powerlifting, or Calisthenics.
- Develop techniques and lifting abilities. There are limited full-lifting strategies on how to increase your Strength Endurance
- Participate in amateur EUSF Streetlifting championships with full strength, and well organised competition structures.
Many athletes will train in Calisthenics for a long time and then transition to Streetlifting. For example, there are many Calisthenics practitioners that have gotten really good at their art. They then take those skills with them over to STREETLIFTING. Once they train and are comfortable in STREETLIFTING, amateur championships can be arranged for them to participate in.
